Make your systems talk and act together

An illustrative morning flow: approved supplier documents arrive, checked fields reach finance and the review queue is ready when the team opens it.Custom AI integration services for UK businesses: we connect approved AI tasks to your CRM, accounts, inbox and operational tools, so a checked result can create the next record, message or update.

You agree the outcome, we build it, and you get the hours back to grow the business.

Cost guide

Plan the scope before you approve the build

Custom AI integration costs in the UK for 2026: when an off-the-shelf tool covers the job, when a custom build pays back, and what drives the price.

What we connect

Your systems, sharing one approved next action

Your scope confirms the systems, account permissions and available interfaces before you approve a build. Typical starting points include:

The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology’s AI Adoption Research, published in January 2026 from 2025 fieldwork, found that 85% of UK businesses currently using AI use natural-language processing and text generation, while 7% use agentic AI. The base was 700 businesses currently using AI.

Three ways a checked result can act

Each reference story separates the approved input, the bounded AI task and the action in your software. Your build starts from the systems and rules confirmed in scope.

Enquiry to CRM to follow-up

Starts with
An approved inbox receives the enquiry and keeps the original message attached.
AI step
A bounded AI step classifies the request and extracts the agreed contact and intent fields.
Acts next
Validation creates or updates the HubSpot record and queues the approved follow-up.

Job record to invoice run

Starts with
An approved job note or supplier document reaches the workflow.
AI step
The AI step extracts the agreed billing fields into the required schema.
Acts next
Validation sends a draft to Xero or QuickBooks for the approved invoice run.

Order message to dispatch update

Starts with
An approved inbox receives a free-text order or delivery update.
AI step
The AI step extracts the order reference and agreed status fields.
Acts next
Validation updates the job or order system and sends the approved dispatch message.
Reference design

The model is one controlled step in the workflow

A useful integration has an input contract, a bounded AI task and an output contract. We define all three before deciding that a build is ready for production.

1. Define the input

Name the approved source, file types, required fields, permissions and routing rules. Inputs outside the agreed contract reach the named review path.

2. Test the AI step

Select a provider against the agreed examples, data terms, response time and usage cost. Validate its output against the required schema and business rules.

3. Control the result

Write an approved result once, route every other result to a person and log what happened. Only a result that passes the required checks reaches the next system.

Acceptance is observable: agreed fields match the expected result, inputs outside the contract reach the review queue and every retry preserves one destination record.

Supplier PDF → checked system record
  1. Approved input receivedA supplier PDF enters the agreed inbox; its source, file type and duplicate key are checked.
  2. Agreed fields extractedThe AI step returns the supplier, invoice number, dates, line items and totals in the required schema.
  3. Business rules appliedRequired fields, totals and reference formats are checked before any downstream write.
  4. Result routed onceA valid record is created once; a mismatch stops and enters the finance review queue.
  5. Run evidence recordedThe input reference, output, model version, checks and final route are logged for review.

Inspect the system we use on our own sites

We built one search measurement workflow for Turing Automate, Turing BI and Turing Websites. It keeps property totals separate from diagnostic rows, checks the current sitemap before judging index coverage and records the limits beside every conclusion. This is a Turing internal system, not a client case study. The figures describe measurement quality and search visibility, not leads, revenue or time returned.

The black box

Every step, on the record.

Every aircraft carries a black box that records the whole flight. It’s what investigators trust. Your Autopilot has one too: every action logged, backed up and reversible. You keep a clear view of every job it handles.

  • Every action, loggedEach step the Autopilot takes is written down with a timestamp: a full flight record you can read.
  • Backed up before it actsA backup is saved before each change, preserving the previous state of your data.
  • Undo anythingA restore point on every step means any action can be rolled back to the saved state.
