You’ll see the price before we build. Always.
Every automation is scoped to fit the work. A free audit sizes the project and you approve a fixed quote before the build. The Automation Roadmap offers a fixed-price discovery when you want the opportunities prioritised first.

* We quote each project to its scope after a free audit. You approve a fixed price before any build starts. The biggest price driver is integration complexity.
We agree exactly what good looks like before we start, then build the automation that delivers it, running quietly in the background from day one.
We agree the success metric with you up front, so the result is defined before we build.

Get your recurring reports ready for review on schedule
Your approved sources collected, missing inputs flagged and reports assembled for your team to review. Ongoing monitoring and scoped fixes keep the agreed process running as your tools change.
£1,480.00 per month
Setup from £2,000
One reporting process, one business unit, up to three approved source-account connections, one report format and up to four scheduled runs each month. Each property, client account or spreadsheet counts as one connection.
Up to six hours of operator work each month for monitoring, investigation, fixes and minor changes, including up to two hours of minor changes. UK business-hours support, Monday to Friday; response arrangements are set out in your plan.
Software subscriptions, AI/API usage, extra source accounts, additional formats, backfills and larger changes are priced separately. The stated service fees include any applicable VAT.
Billed monthly. Your quote sets the start date, notice period and exit handover. The implementation price depends on source access and the confirmed build scope.
Your reporting process, built once
The implementation maps the source accounts, required fields, checks, approval step and delivery format. Testing, documentation and handover sit in the build scope.
Each scheduled run checked
Your monthly plan names the run schedule, freshness and completeness checks, failure alerts and person responsible for reviewing exceptions.
Ongoing care with defined limits
Monitoring, fixes and changes sit within an agreed monthly scope. It specifies connected accounts, volumes, change allowance, support coverage and exit handover.
Illustrative monthly deliverable
See what arrives with your monthly report
Open a complete sample: report, source checks, held-run explanation, action list and monthly care summary. Its figures and events are synthetic. Your quote defines the schedule, sources and scope for your process.
Inspect the process before planning yours
Our 17 October internal example includes a report extract and control sheet for 39 Search Console and GA4 reports. Collection runs on a schedule; Turing prepared the interpretation. Customer savings have not been measured.
Inspect our internal reporting runImplementation and monthly care are quoted separately: Managed Reporting is £1,480.00 per month, with setup from £2,000 for the starting scope. The service fees include any applicable VAT; separate software and usage costs are shown in your quote.
Bring one report, its source systems, delivery schedule and the time your team spends preparing it. Start with the scheduling features in your existing tools; managed reporting fits work that also needs connected checks, exception handling and ongoing care.
Put your own numbers in
Compare the work your team could release with the service, software and implementation costs. Include the review and exception handling that remains.
Enter your own estimates or quoted costs, including zero where a cost does not apply. These inputs are for comparison; they are not Turing prices.
Complete each field with a value in its allowed range to see the comparison.
Hours released are capacity, not automatic cash savings. Actual results depend on the work removed and the review still needed. Spreading setup cost is a comparison assumption; the implementation payment remains separate.

Flexible ways to work together
Choose a fixed-scope implementation, ongoing care or both, around the work your team needs handled.
- 01
Project / fixed-scope
The default for builds: clear price, clear deliverable.
- 02
Monthly retainer
For ongoing monitoring, fixes and changes within a defined monthly scope.
- 03
Productised packages
Repeatable offers sold at a fixed price to many clients.
- 04
Outcome / usage-based
Charge per result or per usage where it can be measured: powerful for trust, harder to scope.
Three things move the number
Pricing is simpler than it looks. Three factors decide where a project lands, and we are upfront about all of them before you commit.
- 01
Integration complexity
The biggest driver by far. Connecting one tidy tool is quick. Stitching several systems together (some old, some fussy) takes more work.
- 02
How much custom AI
A simple rules-based workflow costs less than a custom AI agent trained on your data and tuned to your tone of voice.
- 03
Support needs
A one-off build and handover is a fixed cost. Ongoing monitoring, fixes and new automations sit on a predictable monthly retainer.
However it shakes out, every build is quoted up front as a fixed scope. You see the full price before any work starts: no surprises, no open-ended invoices.

Pricing questions
See what shapes the cost, how the audit works and what each payment covers.
It depends on how many tools we connect and how much custom AI is involved: a single automation is a smaller fixed project than a connected, multi-tool system. Your free audit (or fixed-price Automation Roadmap) produces an exact scope and a fixed price for you to approve before the build starts.
