Agency reporting handover templates Turing Automate | 25 October 2026 | Version 1 https://turingautomate.com/resources/kill-reporting-busywork-kit Use and adapt these templates for your own reporting process. They are blank working templates with explicitly illustrative examples, not a tested client implementation or a promise of savings. 1. Open report-specification.csv in Excel or import it into Google Sheets. Replace illustrative rows with one row per approved metric. Define accounts, periods, freshness, empty-response rules and recipients before connecting anything. 2. Assign named owners and backups in ownership-and-approval.csv. A small team can combine roles; one person remains accountable for each stage. 3. Run launch-and-rerun-checks.csv using test data and non-production recipients. Record actual evidence and outcomes. Fix failed checks before external delivery. The expected outcomes are acceptance criteria, not claims that an existing system passes them. Keep credentials, access tokens, personal customer data and recipient email addresses out of shared copies. Store account and recipient-group references instead. Obtain permission before sharing any completed client example. These CSVs specify the process. They do not connect software, grant access or send reports. Native scheduling may be sufficient where the existing tool already meets the agreed checks. Revisit the specification after source, template or approval changes.
